Introduction
- Create a peaceful process in the morning
- Write out your daily goals / check list
- Execute first things first
- Set the tone for your work atmosphere
- Drink plenty water / Meal prep
- Have some soothing music / jazz or instrumentals only so the words wont distract you from your goals at hand.
- Take breaks to stretch if you or in a sitting position for long hours
- Let personal calls be answered at the appropriate time unless family emergency
- Stay positive even n the midst of issues. Look for the solution not the problem.
